1. 수집하는 정보

LineupKit (이하 “본 앱”)은 다음 정보를 수집합니다.

  • 사용자가 직접 업로드한 사진 — 카드 생성 시 갤러리에서 선택한 사진. 단말기 로컬에 저장되며, “고급 누끼” 기능 사용 시에만 서버로 일시 전송됩니다 (아래 4번 참조).
  • 기기 식별자 (Device UUID) — 앱 첫 실행 시 무작위 생성되는 UUID. 개인을 직접 식별하지 않으며, 결제 복원·이용 통계 집계에만 사용됩니다.
  • 기기 정보 — 플랫폼 (Android/iOS), 언어 설정, 앱 버전.
  • 광고 식별자 — Google AdMob을 통한 광고 표시 목적. 광고 개인화는 사용자의 단말기 설정에 따릅니다.

본 앱은 회원가입을 요구하지 않습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소 등 직접적 개인 식별 정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 정보 이용 목적

  • 선수 카드 생성 및 라인업 관리 기능 제공
  • 유료 콘텐츠 (배경팩 등) 결제 처리 및 복원
  • 광고 표시 및 광고 효과 측정
  • 버그 진단 및 서비스 품질 개선

3. 저장 위치 및 보유 기간

  • 사진 (원본·누끼 결과): 단말기 로컬 저장소에만 영구 보관됩니다. 사용자가 카드를 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
  • 카드·라인업 데이터: 단말기 로컬에 저장됩니다 (서버 미보관).
  • 기기 UUID·앱 사용 메타데이터: 본 앱 백엔드 (Supabase)에 저장되며, 앱 삭제 시 별도 요청 없이도 90일 내 자동 폐기됩니다.
  • 고급 누끼 처리용 사진: 처리 서버 (cutout.lineupkit.app)는 요청 처리 후 즉시 메모리에서 삭제하며, 디스크에 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

본 앱은 다음 외부 서비스를 이용합니다.

  • Supabase (백엔드) — 기기 UUID·사용 통계 저장. 데이터센터: 미국 / 한국 (이용 리전 기준).
  • Vercel (API 호스팅) — API 요청 처리 (사진 직접 저장 X).
  • Google AdMob — 광고 표시 및 광고 식별자 처리. Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
  • BiRefNet 누끼 서버 — 자체 운영 서버 (Mac mini, Cloudflare Tunnel을 통해 cutout.lineupkit.app으로 노출). 사용자 사진을 일시 수신·처리 후 즉시 폐기. 디스크 미저장.
  • Google Gemini API — 운영자 (어드민) 전용. 일반 사용자 데이터는 Gemini로 전송되지 않습니다.

위 외 제3자에게 사용자 정보를 판매·공유하지 않습니다.

5. 사용자 권리

본 앱 사용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

  • 앱 내 데이터 (카드·라인업·사진) 삭제 — 앱 자체에서 즉시 가능
  • 서버 저장 데이터 (기기 UUID 등) 삭제 요청 — 아래 연락처로 문의
  • 광고 개인화 거부 — 단말기 시스템 설정 → 광고 → “광고 ID 재설정” 또는 “광고 개인화 해제”

6. 아동의 개인정보 보호

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 자녀가 본 앱을 이용했음을 알게 된 보호자는 아래 연락처로 문의해주세요. 확인 후 관련 데이터를 즉시 삭제합니다.

7. 정책 변경

본 정책이 변경될 경우 본 페이지에 시행일자와 함께 게시됩니다. 중대한 변경사항은 앱 내 공지를 통해 별도 안내합니다.

1. Information We Collect

LineupKit (the “App”) collects the following information:

  • Photos you upload — selected from your device gallery when creating a card. Photos stay on your device. They are transmitted to our processing server only when you explicitly use the “Advanced Cutout” feature (see Section 4).
  • Device Identifier (Device UUID) — a random UUID generated on first launch. It does not identify you personally and is used for purchase restoration and aggregated usage analytics.
  • Device Metadata — platform (Android/iOS), language setting, app version.
  • Advertising Identifier — used by Google AdMob for ad delivery. Personalisation follows your device settings.

The App does not require account sign-up. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.

2. How We Use the Information

  • Provide player-card creation and lineup features
  • Process and restore in-app purchases (e.g., background packs)
  • Show ads and measure their performance
  • Diagnose bugs and improve service quality

3. Storage and Retention

  • Photos (original and cutout) — kept on your device only. Deleted when you delete the corresponding card.
  • Cards and Lineups — stored on your device only (not on our servers).
  • Device UUID and usage metadata — stored in our backend (Supabase). Automatically purged within 90 days after app deletion.
  • Photos sent for Advanced Cutout — our cutout server (cutout.lineupkit.app) discards the photo from memory immediately after processing. Nothing is written to disk.

4. Third Parties and Service Providers

The App uses the following external services:

  • Supabase (backend) — stores device UUID and usage stats. Data centre: US / Korea depending on region.
  • Vercel (API hosting) — handles API requests. No photos stored.
  • Google AdMob — ad delivery and advertising identifier. Subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
  • BiRefNet cutout server — self-hosted on Mac mini, exposed via Cloudflare Tunnel at cutout.lineupkit.app. Receives photos for processing and discards them immediately. Nothing persisted to disk.
  • Google Gemini API — operator (admin) use only. No end user data is sent to Gemini.

We do not sell or share user data with any third party other than the providers above.

5. Your Rights

You may at any time:

  • Delete in-app data (cards, lineups, photos) — directly within the app
  • Request deletion of server-stored data (device UUID) — by emailing the address below
  • Opt out of personalised ads — in your device settings under Ads (“Reset advertising ID” or “Opt out of ad personalisation”)

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 14 has used the App, please contact us and we will delete the relevant data.

7. Changes to This Policy

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will also be announced in-app.
